This website (“Site”) is owned and operated by Pure Nutrition Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). The Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out below form the legal agreement between you, as the user of this Site, and us.
By using this Site you agree that you have read, understood and accept the Terms, and agree to be bound by them. We may amend the Terms at any time and without notice to you. By continuing to use the Site after the Terms have been amended, you will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
This Site is maintained in New Zealand and we make no warranties or representations that the information provided on this Site is appropriate for use in other countries. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable local law if you choose to access this Site outside of New Zealand.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
